Since I set out on my 365-day blog challenge in 2022, many have been in touch to ask about topics to blog about. When we have something to say, share, teach, or inspire online, we really do want to get noticed. Coming up with a blog topic idea every week can be a challenge. But, it doesn’t have to be. Which is why I set up ’52 weeks of blog prompts’.

If you have a website, you are a content creator. And the biggest challenge a content creator faces is finding inspiration to ensure they are consistently creating.  It is so much easier when someone can give you a prompt that you can apply to your niche, business, or organisation to write about on a blog.

Regular content on your website will keep you visible online.  And of course, blogs can also be repurposed for all sorts of other content.

Weekly Prompt

So, I have come up with loads of ideas you can use to give you some inspiration to blog about. I am also going to help you with some blog training along the way – pointers to get your blog posts higher on search engines such as Google. And how to promote your blog posts across social media.

For a weekly blog prompt…

Your first blog post

Start with considering why you want to blog.  Here are some questions to get you thinking:

  • What is your gift/talent/expertise?
  • Why do you want to share this gift?
  • How can your gift change other people’s lives?
  • What problem does your product/service solve?
  • What can others do with the information/ knowledge/ experience you are going to share with them?

Use these questions to write a blog or even a series of blogs. It really is so good to ponder these questions regularly to keep you focused on your blog topic/niche.

If you are finding this tricky, drop me a quick email (dawn@dawnadenton.com) with your blog idea, and I will see if I can help with some ideas.

It isn’t always easy to acknowledge how amazing you are 🙂

And please don’t worry about ‘not being a writer’. The most important thing is that you HAVE FUN!
