An entrepreneur is someone who is a visionary and has an idea. They create a product or deliver a service that people will buy.

Who will buy your product or services?

- How much are they prepared to spend on your product or service?
- What other characteristics do they have?
How can you keep them as customers?
- Is there something else you can sell to them in the future?
Marketing
- Social media: What is the relevant social platform for your potential customers?
- Local press: Who can you contact?
- Audio: Do you have any ideas?
- Video: What does this include?
- Other: Any creative ideas?
Money
- How much did it cost to make or prepare your product or service?
- Where did this money come from?
- How much did you spend?
- How much came in?
- What about tax?
- What money is left over (profit)?
- What will you do with the profit?
Assessment
- How well did you do? (Celebrate what you did well).
- How well do you think the team did? (Ask them).
- Ask your customers: What can you improve? Be kind be honest, be brave.
